How are your staff and drivers prepared for Covid-19?

For the safety of our customers, staff and drivers, we have instituted the following safety measures:

  • All drivers and staff wear appropriate gloves and masks when preparing and delivering customer orders
  • All drivers wear gloves and masks when they are outside their vehicle
  • We monitor local, state and federal requirements and recommendations to ensure we are taking the required and appropriate precautions to protect out staff and our customers at all times
  • All staff are screened when reporting for work using state recommended procedures

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most houses and businesses in Goleta, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Carpinteria. We are not currently able to deliver to some areas (west of the Sandpiper golf course, northern areas off the 154).

 

When do you deliver?

We currently deliver Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. During checkout, you will be asked to select a delivery time slot. Slots are typically 2-3 hours.

How much does delivery cost? Do you have a minimum order size?

We offer contact-free delivery for a flat rate of $10. 100% of the delivery fee is paid to our drivers. We have a minimum order size of $49. There are no other costs or fees.

How do I return or exchange an item?

For safety reasons, we are not offering returns of exchanges at this time. If there is any problem with your order or you are not entirely satisfied with any part of your order experience, please contact us and give us a chance to make things right.

Do you substitute or cancel items?

We do NOT typically substitute or cancel items. Our site displays products we are confident we can deliver to you within your selected delivery window. However, Covid-19 has had a great impact on the food industry and there may be items that are not available when your order is prepared. Depending on the situation, we will contact you with and update or cancel the item.

When are your bakery items baked?

All breads and sweet treats are baked the morning of your delivery.

What is Landed Delivery? How to I contact you?

Landed is an online wine store that saw the need to transform and offer home delivery. As we were setting up our delivery plan, we realized we could partner with other local small businesses to offer fresh bread, meats, fruits and vegetables, dairy and coffee. Each delivery day we gather all the amazing products our partners produce along side our wine and deliver them to houses and business throughout the Santa Barbara area.
