How do I enter a promotional or discount code?
For most desktops and laptops, after pressing the checkout button, you will see your cart information on the right of your screen. Below your items will be an input for a 'discount code.' Enter the code and hit apply.
For most phones, after clicking checkout at the bottom of the Cart, there is a 'Show order summary' at the top of the screen, above where you enter your contact information. Click on 'Show order summary' and your items and an input bar for a Discount Code will appear. Enter the code and press apply.
If you are paying with PayPal, please enter the code on the final checkout screen, after entering delivery information.
Our website displays slightly differently on different screens, so if you are unable to find the discount code input, please call us at (805) 628-8230 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are welcome to finish your order without the code and we can add it later on!

For the safety of our customers, staff and drivers, we have instituted the following safety measures:
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most houses and businesses in Goleta, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland and Carpinteria. We are not currently able to deliver to some areas (west of the Sandpiper golf course, northern areas off the 154).
When do you deliver?
Delivery options will be displayed during checkout. Slots are typically 2-3 hours and are in the next few days. We do not offer same day delivery.
How much does delivery cost? Are there other fees? Do you have a minimum order size?
We offer contact-free delivery for a flat rate of $9.95. 100% of the delivery fee is paid to our drivers. There are no other costs or fees.
Do you charge the same prices at the retailers you offer?
Yes! For Santa Barbara Fish Market, BREADBAR LA and Ventura Meat Co., our prices are the same as your will find in the store. For our partners that do not have a traditional retail store or sell quantities different from what we sell, our prices are inline with other local retailers selling their products.
While we make our best effort to make sure our prices are the same, some retailers might have in store specials or other discounts that we do not participate in.
How do I return or exchange an item?
For safety reasons, we are not offering returns of exchanges at this time. If there is any problem with your order or you are not entirely satisfied with any part of your order experience, please contact us and give us a chance to make things right.
Do you substitute or cancel items?
We do NOT typically substitute items. Our site displays products we are confident we can deliver to you within your selected delivery window. However, Covid-19 has had a great impact on the food industry and there may be items that are not available when your order is prepared. Depending on the situation, we will contact you with and update or cancel the item.
What is Landed Home Delivery? How to I contact you?
Landed is an online wine store that saw the need to transform and offer home delivery. As we were setting up our delivery plan, we realized we could partner with other local small businesses to offer fresh bread, meats, fruits and vegetables, dairy and coffee. Each delivery day we gather all the amazing products our partners produce along side our wine and deliver them to houses and business throughout the Santa Barbara area.
